Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kritap at app.kritap.krishnaaman.in. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Kritap for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
Kritap lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business number, manage conversations and contacts, send approved template campaigns, and keep a data sheet of saved numbers. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide a working email and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including people you invite.
- We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful.
WhatsApp and Meta rules
WhatsApp is provided by Meta. You must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, including opt-in, approved templates, and quality rules. Kritap does not send messages through unofficial WhatsApp Web tools or browser extensions.
- You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s official signup.
- Meta — not Kritap — bills WhatsApp conversation charges on your Meta billing.
- Quality ratings, messaging limits, and template approvals are Meta’s decisions.
- If Meta restricts your number, Kritap cannot override that.
Your content and customers
You own the contacts, files, and messages you put into Kritap. You grant us a licence to host and process them only to run the service. You must have the right to message those people.
Do not use Kritap to spam, scrape numbers, impersonate others, or send content that is illegal or that WhatsApp forbids.
Availability
We aim to keep Kritap available but do not guarantee unbroken uptime. WhatsApp, Meta, email, and internet providers can fail independently of us.
Fees
Kritap charges ₹1,500 per month per workspace, paid at checkout by the workspace owner. There is no GST line in the product. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta to you. Kritap does not mark them up. While the plan is active there is no product usage cap. If the plan lapses, you can still view your workspace, but sending and other changes stay locked until you pay again.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage, or for Meta restrictions or failed deliveries. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Kritap in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid us nothing).
Ending the service
You may stop using Kritap at any time. The workspace owner may disconnect WhatsApp in Settings. We may stop providing the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After closure, your access ends; we delete or anonymise workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep records.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use Kritap after an update, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
